A touch screen facility is available to all GolfBox clubs with integrated booking system. This function allows members and guests to book any of the clubs facilities such as start times, golf carts, even lessons from the club pro. The club can also show the golfer real time messages or news updates such as course repairs, future tournaments or even golf shop special offers.

It is also required that pre booked times are confirmed via the touch screen system at the club. This function assures that the pre booked times are kept, giving optimal course usage. Times, which are not confirmed within a certain time frame, will be made available to other members or guests in the club.

The club remains in full control over which facilities are available for on-line booking or touch screen booking. Booking procedures for each facility is always at the discretion of the club and can be modified to coincide with each individual clubs booking policy, regarding for example who is allowed to play at what time and price etc.
