GolfBox makes the administration of a club simple and efficient. It is not necessary for the club to invest in non-standard hardware or speculate about installing advanced software. The only requirements are standard PC and fast Internet connection. With a user name and password the system can be administrated via the Internet. With the above mentioned requirements it is also possible to administrate via home PC or laptop from anywhere in the world – all you need is Internet access.
The administration system has one location, therefore allways giving you the ”latest version” when you log-on. All GolfBox-clubs use the same version, giving all our clients the advantage of automatic updates. On-line service and problem solving save valuable time waiting for a technician to arrive.
Club members have Internet access to relevant information and can also update their own profiles, such as contact information, personal profiles etc. hereby continuously updating membership data. Each member can also keep tabs on handicap adjustments or information direct from the club such as messages, club news, forthcoming tournaments etc. Members also have the added advantage of access to the clubs booking system, message service or other services for golfing enthusiasts.
