The basic module is the foundation of the GolfBox-system. It includes all the necessary functions for the administration of a modern golf club.
Member information is administrated and kept up to date via a register, where each member’s data is kept. This includes an advanced search function; profile administration function, new member registration and score card registration – enabling the system to automatically adjust player handicaps.
The club is responsible for the administration of club information such as contact info, opening hours, green fees etc. all accessible to golfers with Internet access. Message service via e-mail is also available keeping members up to date with forthcoming events and club news. All information is fully integrated with the clubs accounting system allowing full control and up to date records of transactions.
The tournament set up function also gives the added function for the administration of tournaments including the possibility to record pro positions, enrolment, start lists, live scores and result lists.
Also included in the basic module are the standard search function, import/export facility and Microsoft Office compatibility.
